Safer Recruitment Statement

The SEN Agency, Love Teachers Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all our staff and the candidates we place to share that commitment.

 

We follow the Department for Education's Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance and apply safer recruitment practice to every placement. Before anyone starts work through us, we complete identity, right to work, enhanced DBS and barred list checks, overseas checks where needed, qualification checks, medical fitness, references and safeguarding training. We keep records of these checks and confirm them to schools in writing.

 

We will not place anyone who is barred from working with children, and we will tell schools and the relevant authorities promptly about any concern.
