Our business

The SEN Agency, Love Teachers Ltd, is an education recruitment business based in London. We supply SEN teachers, teaching assistants and support staff to schools. Our registered office is 1 Hazelwood House, New River Crescent, London N13 5RE.

 

Our position

We are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Our Modern Slavery Policy sets out what we expect of our staff, candidates and partners.

 

Where the risks are

Our work is people-based and UK-focused, so we see the risk as low. The areas we watch most closely are: the identity and right-to-work of candidates, the way candidates are paid, and the cleaning, catering and IT suppliers we use for our own office.

 

What we do

- Verify identity and right to work for every candidate.

- Never charge candidates a fee for finding work.

- Pay candidates directly and lawfully.

- Include our expectations in our supplier and client terms where practical.

- Train staff to spot the signs of exploitation and act on them.

- Offer a safe route to raise concerns through our Whistleblowing Policy.

 

Measuring how well we do

We will review how many concerns are raised, how they are handled, and whether our checks are working. We will update this statement every year.
